Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a barn account?
Tap Barn Signup on the home screen. You'll become the barn administrator and can invite staff and riders afterward.
How do I join as a rider?
Tap Rider Signup, or open the invitation link your barn sent you.
Can I look around before creating an account?
Yes. Tap "Try a Demo Barn" on the signup screen to explore schedules, riders, and hours in a sample barn. No signup required.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen and we'll email you a reset link.
How do I add a rider to my barn?
Open your barn dashboard, go to Riders, and tap Add Rider.
How do I log hours?
Open the Schedule tab, select the entry, and tap Log Hours.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app, or email info@sidewinderconsulting.org and we'll remove your account and data within 30 days.
Does Peak Stable Flow cost anything?
No. It is currently free with no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
