Peak Stable Flow

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peak Stable Flow (the "Service"), an equestrian barn management application provided by Sidewinder Consulting. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Peak Stable Flow is a barn management application that helps equestrian barns coordinate lessons, shows, horses, riders, trainers, schedules, hours, documents, and communications. Barns receive a 30-day free trial, after which a paid monthly subscription is required to continue using administrative features. Subscriptions are tiered based on the number of horses at the facility and are purchased on our website. Riders always use the app for free. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Barn administrators are responsible for inviting riders and staff and for the information they enter about them.
When inviting a minor, a parent or guardian provides consent and manages the rider's participation.
You must be at least 13 years old, or use the Service through a parent or guardian's account, to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
Enter false, misleading, or inaccurate information about horses, riders, schedules, or shows.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users, trainers, riders, or barn staff.
Attempt to access another barn's data or circumvent the Service's access controls.
Upload content that infringes the rights of any third party.
Disrupt or interfere with the Service's servers, security, or operation.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit (horse records, schedule entries, messages, documents, and posts). You grant the Service a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service for you and your barn. Barn administrators may manage content within their barn. The Service name, branding, and software remain the property of Sidewinder Consulting.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that schedules, show information, or other data will be accurate or complete. You rely on the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sidewinder Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by emailing info@sidewinderconsulting.org. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if a barn is inactive. Upon termination, your data will be removed or anonymized within a reasonable period, subject to legal requirements.
